Lots Happening this Winter

Following the success of our Weekend Breakfast through the summer months, we are going to continue through the autum & winter

Saturday from 10am, last orders 12pm and Sunday's 9am until 10.30am

21st November we have our 2nd excellent wine Tasting Dinner of the winter

This time we head off to the Langedoc, we have been here before but this tasting will be hosted by Gilbert Viader and Jerome Joseph of Calmel & Joseph who made the wines we are drinking this evening.  We already carry serveral. Calmel & Joseph wines, Picpoul de Pinet, Côtes du Roussillon Villages and Minervois, but they have so many more. well worthwile venturing out on a Tuesday evening.  As it is a Tuesday and to help lift the spirits we  will offer this at £35 per person inclusive for the first 20 people

22nd November

Veggie Night, Guest Chef Simon Herbavore cookes up 5 course of Vegan and Veggie treats for us.  Simon is an accomplished Vegan chef who has a keen following.  It is Simon's 1st visit to The Fig Tree and he will be cooking some of his most popular dishes along with some new creations.  The cost of this 5 course Feast is £32.50.  Please call the restaurant for reservations, where a desoit of £5 per person will be taken to complete the booking.

14th December Simon returns,  when we will be cookinjg for our Vegan/Vegetarain Christmas Party Night. 

 

Christmas Party Menu is now online and we are taking bookings.  This will run from Friday 1st December though until Saturday 23rd *
