BBC's Great British menu finalist Michelin Star chef Hywel Jones cooked his winning menu at the Fig tree on the evenings of 14th and 15th June 2011 to rapturous applause.

Diners were wecomed with a glass of Champange and a Canape of home cured duck ham, celeriac remulade, aspagagus and baby plum tomato crostini before they sat at their group tables to share Hywel Jones heat winning party menu of Welsh Cawl, Dressed Tenby Lobster with apsaragus, Brecon Venison Wellington and Rhubarb, Strawberry & Raspberry Trifle Tart
